Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians: Subject: 2023-24 Back-to-School Registration Process
Thank you for completing your residency validation. You have successfully completed the first step in the Back-to-School Registration process. The next step in this letter can begin on Wednesday, July 12th as outlined below. You must complete the steps by Friday, July 28, 2023. These steps will only be available to families who have approved residency. This letter identifies the next steps in the Back-to-School Registration process. Families are encouraged to complete all steps online. Again this year, the general registration fees for OLCHS have been waived by the Board of Education, this includes the $250 Drivers Ed and $35 Graduation fee. In order to receive a free or reduced breakfast/lunch, families must apply for the 2023-2024 school year using the “Free Lunch Application” step as part of the Skyward Verification Process. Families that have received an email stating they've been directly certified to receive free or reduced meals for the 2023-24 school year need not apply. All families are required to verify their Skyward information in order to access student schedules on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
After the above steps are completed your student will be fully registered for next school year and will be able to access their schedule on August 1, 2023. Please remember all families will need to complete Skyward Verification in order to receive a student schedule. New students will also receive information regarding iPad pick-up, which is scheduled for July 24-27. Families have the opportunity to use the OLCHS WebStore to purchase Athletic Booster Club memberships and student parking permits.
