STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS - AUGUST 29, 2024

Stuff You Need to Know

From the nurse’s office:

All freshmen must provide the health office with their ninth-grade physical examination and record of vaccinations before October 15th to prevent being excluded from school. Additionally, all seniors must provide the health office a copy of their meningococcal vaccine record before October 15th to prevent being excluded from school. These two requirements are state mandated. Please stop by the nurse’s office if you have any questions.

For all Freshmen and upperclassmen who have been assigned lockers, it is important that you put your lock on your locker by September 5th.  After that date, the lockers that have not been secured with a school issued lock will be zip-tied closed (and thus preventing access).

If you do not plan on using your assigned locker – not a problem – it is not mandatory.

If you do not have a locker, but would like one, then email: [email protected] or Mr. Butler to have one assigned to you.

If you do not have an assigned locker and you do not want one – no need for any action.

If you have any questions, please email Mr. Butler at [email protected].

Ventra cards can be renewed for the 2024-25 school year and new Ventra cards can be purchased for $2.00 in the Business Office, Room 123.  If you’ve already purchased a card online from the OLCHS Webstore, please pick it up in the Business Office. Business Office hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm. Plan accordingly! You will not be excused from class to renew or purchase a card.

Students that need a locker, school issued lock or any other locker related issues, email [email protected]. See your email for further details.

Did you lose something? Email [email protected] with a description of the item for assistance.

Tech Help - If you’re having trouble logging into your classes or having any other tech issues, please email [email protected] for tech assistance. If possible, include a screenshot of your issue.
