Stuff You Need to Know
From the nurse’s office:
All freshmen must provide the health office with their ninth-grade physical examination and record of vaccinations before October 15th to prevent being excluded from school. Additionally, all seniors must provide the health office a copy of their meningococcal vaccine record before October 15th to prevent being excluded from school. These two requirements are state mandated. Please stop by the nurse’s office if you have any questions.
For all Freshmen and upperclassmen who have been assigned lockers, it is important that you put your lock on your locker by September 5th. After that date, the lockers that have not been secured with a school issued lock will be zip-tied closed (and thus preventing access). Please email Mr. Butler if you have any questions.
