STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS - SEPTEMBER 5, 2024

Stuff You Need to Know

From the nurse’s office:

All freshmen must provide the health office with their ninth-grade physical examination and record of vaccinations before October 15th to prevent being excluded from school. Additionally, all seniors must provide the health office a copy of their meningococcal vaccine record before October 15th to prevent being excluded from school. These two requirements are state mandated. Please stop by the nurse’s office if you have any questions.

Seniors: TOMORROW is your last day to order Senior hoodies and have them by homecoming. Don't miss your chance to show off your senior status at the assembly! See your email and Canvas mail for details.

For all Freshmen and upperclassmen who have been assigned lockers, it is important that you put your lock on your locker by TOMORROW September 5th.  After that date, the lockers that have not been secured with a school issued lock will be zip-tied closed (and thus preventing access). Please email Mr. Butler if you have any questions.

Ventra cards can be renewed for the 2024-25 school year and new Ventra cards can be purchased for $2.00 in the Business Office, Room 123.  If you’ve already purchased a card online from the OLCHS Webstore, please pick it up in the Business Office. Business Office hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm. Plan accordingly! You will not be excused from class to renew or purchase a card.

Students that need a locker, school issued lock or any other locker related issues, email [email protected]. See your email for further details.

Did you lose something? Email [email protected] with a description of the item for assistance.
