Edgar Prudencio did it all for the Oak Lawn Community High School boys soccer team. He was the leader of the defense and led the Spartans to shutouts against South Suburban Conference champion Reavis as well as shutouts against Oak Forest, Richards, and Lincoln-Way West.
“Edgar’s warrior spirit, impeccable timing, and great soccer IQ combined with this great technique are what made him the lynchpin of our defense in the month of October,” head coach Nate Joiner said. “He developed into one of the main leadership voices on the field and in the huddle.”
