Attention students: Winter Weather is upon us. Outerwear is to be stored in your locker during the school day. If you need to be assigned a locker or need locker help, please email: [email protected]
[Almost all freshmen have been assigned a locker already – you can find it listed in Skyward. If there is a zip tie on your assigned locker, please report to the Deans’ Office, room 122.] Only grey school issued locks can be used on the hallway lockers. Ventra cards can be renewed for the 2024-25 school year and new Ventra cards can be purchased for $2.00 in the Business Office, Room 123. If you’ve already purchased a card online from the OLCHS Webstore, please pick it up in the Business Office. Business Office hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm. Plan accordingly! You will not be excused from class to renew or purchase a card.

The iTeam Genius Bar is open from 7:45 am - 3:00 pm. Students can come to the Media Center for support.
Club/Team News
Black Student Union - If you are looking to join a group of likeminded students who have fun connecting with one another, while learning about heritage and building community, consider joining Black Student Union. This invite is open to all students across all cultures. We meet every Thursday from 3:05PM – 4PM in room 365. See you there!.
FSCAB - FSCAB's next meeting will be next Wednesday, December 11th at 3pm in Student Services. We will be completing the Cards for Kidz service event and having our end of semester party! If you can't make this meeting, please contact Ms. Sears or Mrs. Madsen.
Graphic Design Club - Graphic Design Club will meet NEXT Wednesday, December 13th, from 3-4pm in room 146, new members are always welcome. See Mrs. Hartmann in room 146 for more information.
Polish Club - Polish Club will meet TODAY Wednesday December 4th right after school at 3:00 in Room 372. Email Mr. Kuchyt or Ms. Kolimas with questions.
Student Services News
Hey Juniors! Do you want to rock the ACT test and earn high scores that can get you college acceptance letters and scholarships? Well, the work starts NOW. Teachers are hosting special test prep sessions that are designed to prepare you for the ACT. The sessions will be every Monday and Friday and take place during Spartan Plus. Also, there will be a surprise reward for each student who completes all the Spartan Plus courses. Students can sign up for as many sessions as they need leading up to the Spring ACT test. Athletic News
Boys Swim - Any boys still looking to join athletics this winter? Last call to join the Boys Swim & Dive Team will be TODAY Wednesday, Dec. 4th. If you can swim, you will compete! We meet right after school in the Spartan Lobby outside the Pool Door.
Boys Track & Field - Preseason practice is this week. We will meet in the locker room to change and store your belongings on the 1st floor near the cafeteria then head to the 2nd floor for dynamics and practice. Please see Coach Miller in room #257 if you have any questions.
