Senior Allison Brown may have saved the best for last. She finished her senior season on the girls bowling team at Oak Lawn Community High School at the top of her game. Brown earned all-conference recognition by taking 10th place at the South Suburban Conference Red meet, and she narrowly missed advancing to the Illinois High School Association Sectional meet with a fine performance at the regional.
This strong finish to the season was good enough to earn her the title of Athlete of the Month at OLCHS for the month of February.
“Allison is an active member of the Spartan Athletic Leadership Team, and she was the team’s Sportsmanship Award recipient at the Winter Sports Awards,” head coach Jen Faro said. “Congrats, Allison on a great Spartan bowling career.”
