Field House Information

Dear OLCHS Families,

We are thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a major milestone for our schools and the entire community. On November 20th the Board of Education officially approved the construction of a state-of-the-art fieldhouse, with a budget of $40 million. This facility will provide a top-tier space for sports, fitness classes, and school-wide events, offering unparalleled opportunities for our students and the community.

Project Timeline
Construction is set to begin in the Spring of 2025, with an anticipated completion date of approximately 18 months later. This new fieldhouse will not only enhance our athletics programs but also serve as a multi-purpose venue to enhance student learning, provide space for both school and local events, and more.

What to Expect
The fieldhouse will include modern indoor athletic facilities, event spaces, and upgraded amenities that will benefit all who use the facility, from our student athletes to the wider community. The new building is designed with sustainability and long-term utility in mind, ensuring it serves as a valuable asset for years to come.
